We deliver to D&G postcodes by local courier. Outside the area we may be able to deliver, please ask via our contact page if you require this. We will let you know by email when we despatch your items.
Within D&G we use a local courier, or if in Dumfries we deliver ourselves by bike or van. If an item is unusually heavy, delicate or an awkward shape we use a national delivery company e.g. TNT, APC. We will let you know in advance of this as there may also be further delivery details needed and in some cases an extra charge (you will be given the prices in advance so you can re-confirm your order).
Items ‘Available Immediately’
If the item you want is available for immediate collection you can collect and pay in store or get delivery – see above. We will send it within 1 working day, despatching on the same day if you order before 12.00.
Items in the main warehouse will be despatched and are usually in-store within 2 working days.
These will be sent out together in most cases. We will email you to keep you informed.
Bikes and Frames
These are local pick-up only. We are an old, you might say old-fashioned bike shop and we like to send our bikes out fully road-ready, built and checked by our mechanics. We offer a full warranty as well as FREE labour on all servicing for the first year on all our new bikes. Parts you buy from us will also be fitted free during the year and you can still get the Shimano Price Promise on all Shimano parts.
We are happy to offer an exchange on items bought online that are unsuitable. If you realise your purchase is not for you, we are happy to offer a 28 day exchange from date of purchase. The item must be packaged in its original condition – no marks or damage anywhere and the parts unused.

Please also note that postage is non-refundable.
What if an item fails once it’s been used?
If you would like to return a product due to it being faulty, then please us and we will advise you. We will take each individual return on its own merit.
We will aim to deal with your return within 48 hours. Refunds may take 10 working days to be processed. If you request a replacement, we will aim to dispatch it within 2 working days, or inform you if this is not the case or the item is out of stock.
Exchanges in store.
Sometimes things just don’t fit. Check the size guides for clothing first, but if you need to exchange size let us know. You can also bring any item bought online into the shop in Dumfries if there is a problem or you need to exchange sizes.
